Type locality: Irkutsk ( Russia).

Published (original) locality: “in terris transuralensibus”.

Lectotype: ♀, designated by Osytshnjuk et al. 2005: 194, Irkutzk [ Russia, Irkutsk Province, Irkutsk, 52°17′N 104°18′E] // incerta ♀. Evm., ♀ [handwritten by E. Eversmann] // Lectotypus Andrena incerta Eversmann , design. Osychnjuk, 1980 <red label> // nigriceps [handwritten by A. Osytshnjuk] // Zoological Institute St. Petersburg INS_HYM_0000268.

Current status. Andrena (Cnemidandrena) nigriceps ( Kirby, 1802) (according to Osytshnjuk et al. 2005: 194).

Distribution. Europe, Russia (to Eastern Siberia), Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan.
