Platypleura mira, Moulton, 1923: 140 , 144, 169, Pl. III, Figs. 8 a–b, Ronpibun (lat. 8 o 10 ’ N) in Siamese Malaya. Platypleura mira, Boulard, 2000 b: 50 , 56–58, mountainous northern part of Thailand; around village of Maeying, near Hang Chat, to the northwest of Lampang.

Distribution: Thailand, Laos, Indochina, and the Malay Peninsula (Metcalf, 1963 a).
