Platylomia umbrata, Ishihara, 1961: 225 –226, Pl 2.8, Chieng Mai. Platylomia umbrata, Hayashi and Nakao, 1976: 183 , Fang.

Taxonomy: Boulard (2003 b) transferred the species to Macrosemia from Platylomia . Distribution: Thailand, India, Burma, Nepal, and the Himalayas (Metcalf, 19631; Duffels and van der Laan, 1985).
