Material Examined: UMRM – Chiang Mai Prov., Doi Suthep-Pui NP, Namtok Monthathan, 18 o 49 ’N 98 o 55 ’E, 700 m. AFSC – Chiang Mai; Wiang Papao, Chiang Rai.

Distribution: India, Burma, Indochina (Metcalf, 1963 a), and Thailand.
