Material Examined: UMRM – Chiang Mai Prov., Doi Suthep-Pui NP, Namtok Monthathan, 18o 49’N 98o 55’E, 700 m. AFSC – Chiang Mai; Wiang Papao, Chiang Rai.

Distribution: India, Burma, Indochina (Metcalf, 1963a), and Thailand.
