Head longer and more slender, with eyes much less convex in dorsal view ( Fig. 4A View FIGURE ), labrum ( Fig. 5A View FIGURE ) with lateral lobes long and narrow, approximately twice as long as wide at the base; pronotum ( Fig. 6A View FIGURE ) narrow, widest at or near middle, with anterior angles little projected anteriorly beyond the median anterior margin and narrowly rounded; elytral striae ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE ) shallowly impressed and regular, with punctures in striae small and with most of them separated from each other by at least several times their own diameter....................................................................
