Type Locality: Vietnam, Saigon.
Vernacular Names: Black-shanked Douc Langur.
Synonyms: Pygathrix moi (Kloss 1926) .
Distribution: S Vietnam, from about 10°30’N to 14°30’N; Cambodia east of the Mekong River.
Conservation: CITES – Appendix I; IUCN – Endangered.
Discussion: Separated from nemaeus by Nadler (1997) and Groves (2001 c).
