Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: West Bengal: Sukna , 10.xi.1981, S. Viraktamath Coll. ( USAB).
Remarks. Viraktamath & Meshram (2017) adequately described and illustrated the species based on single male collected from Sukna (West Bengal). It is so far known from northeast India only. It differs from M. determinatus (Distant) in having a much narrower apophysis of the style ( Fig. 28 J View FIGURES 28 ) and from M. cardoni Viraktamath & Meshram in the curvature of the dorsal marginal sclerotized process of the pygofer.
