Note: Although Hilliard & Burtt (in Bot. J. Linn. Soc. 82: 241. 1981) took the view that this is the basionym of Conyza decurrens L. (1763) , there is no direct link between the protologues of these two names. Conyza decurrens L. (1763) is a new name, and the basionym of Neojefjreya decurrens (L.) Cabrera.
