Local distribution and occurrence: Kuwait Bay (Al-Judailiat, Ras Ajuza), Failaka Island, Kubbar Island, Umm Al-Maradim Island; frequent (24%).

Habitat: Intertidal zone; sand, pebble, dead corals, rocks with algae, shells, and sponges.
