Bruchidius fulvus (Allard, 1883) .
Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan, Fars, Hormozgan, Kerman, Sistan & Baluchestan ( Anton 1998 as B. fulvus ), Southern Khorasan ( Esmaili et al. 2011 as B. fulvus ), Iran (no locality cited) ( Decelle & Lodos 1989 as B. fulvus ).
General distribution. Egypt, Libya, central Asia and the Middle East, known also from the Oriental Region.
Comments. Bruchidius dilutus was reported under name B. fulvus as as biological control agent of camelthorn weed ( Alhagi camelorum Fisch. , Fabaceae ) in Birjand region , Southern Khorasan by Esmaili et al. (2011).
