Distribution in Iran. Hormozgan ( Boroumand 1987; Modarres Awal 1997 as A. mimosae ).
General distribution. Originating from the Neotropical Region, introduced to several European countries , Canary Islands, Egypt, Iran, Turkey .
Host records. Seeds of Acacia arabica Willd. and Prosopis juliflora (Swartz) (both Fabaceae ) ( Boroumand 1987; Modarres Awal 1997 as A. mimosae ).
