Length: 24.8–35.2 µm; width: 5.2–7.1 µm; striae: 11–13 in 10 µm (n = 6)

Teratological form: deformed valve outline, with protrusion, or bent apices. Unusual striae pattern, usually becoming more radiate.

Occurrence: S2, S3, S6.
