Length: 10–17.4 µm; width: 4.9–6 µm; striae: 14–18 in 10 µm (n = 23)

Teratological form: deformed valve outline, undulated, or with bent apices. Unusual striae pattern, usually strongly radiate in the median portion of the valve.

Occurrence: S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, S8.
