Remarks. It is clearly evident, that the species was named according to sinuate anterior border of the clypeus, hence the correct spelling is Neosericania excisoclypeata , since the Latin word "excisus" is the correctly spelled adjective for the form of this structure. The original spelling is a lapsus calami, since the name was correctly spelled in figure captions. The erroneous spelling in Ahrens (2006b) was due to editorial changes made after the manuscript was submitted.
