Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 , 5–7 View FIGURES 2–7. 2–4 , 21–24 View FIGURES 14–24. 14–15

Ctenus obscurus Thorell 1887: 295 View in CoL (description of female, name preoccupied by Marx 1892 [nomen nudum]; holotype examined).

Ctenus feae F.O. Pickard-Cambridge 1902: 414 (replacement name, patronym for Count Fea).

Diagnosis. Small Ctenidae (total length male 9.0). Epigyne and vulva ( Figs 5–6 View FIGURES 2–7. 2–4 , 24 View FIGURES 14–24. 14–15 ) similar to that of A. jucunda . Distinguished from the latter species by (1) the more distinct membranous windows including distinct lateral margins, (2) the copulatory openings situated more anteriorly, (3) glandular appendages slightly shorter. Moreover, with slit sense organs situated laterally from the epigyne (anteriorly in A. jucunda ). Distinguished from other Anahita species by the elongated pentagonal shape of the median plate and the kidney-shaped spermathecae.
