Rhynchagonia (incorrect subsequent spelling): Burgeon, 1945: 2 (key), 18

Type species: Apogonia acuminata Arrow, 1902 ; by monotypy.

Distribution: Ethiopian region.

Remark: Originally described as a subgenus of the genus Apogonia , it was subsequently upgraded to the genus rank by Burgeon (1945).
