COMMENTS. Mongolo-Manchurian range. Occurs from Central Aimak in Mongolia [ Marusik & Logunov, 1998] to the southeast to Taiwan and to the cast to Hokkaido [ Song et al., 1999; Chikuni, 1989; sub. P. crypticolens ], This species lives in great variety of habitats from semi-desert in Mongolia to gravely seashore, cliffs, within cavities between roots and stones on steep slopes in the Maritime Province (personal data), and no differences were found between specimens from Mongolia and the Maritime Province.
