Material examined. AFGHANISTAN: Kandahar, Kalati-Gilzai [ Qalat-e Gilzay ], 1660 m, 9.4.1958, 1♂ (Paratype), Pandjvai [Panjwai], 15 km S.W . Kandahar, 960 m, 14.4.1958, 1♀ (Paratype) (leg. K. Lindberg) ( ZIN) .

Remarks. The type locality is Panjwai , 15 km SW Kandahar. The holotype (female) is probably in Lund Museum. The basal part of hind wing is clearly yellow.
