Material examined. AFGHANISTAN: Nr. Herat, 200–1700 m, 18– 20.5.1973, 2♂ (leg. G. B. Popov) ( NHMUK) ; Farah-Herat , 16– 20.5.1973, 5♂, 3♀ (leg. G. B. Popov) ( NHMUK) .

Remarks. According to the ICZN (Article 34.2) the species name of this taxon is combined. This is the first record since its description.
