90. Ixodes ghilarovi Filippova and Panova, 1988b .

A Palearctic species, all of whose known parasitic stages have been found on Rodentia : Cricetidae ; larvae and nymphs have also been collected from Rodentia : Muridae , and Soricomorpha : Soricidae . There are no records of Ixodes ghilarovi causing human parasitism.

Note: Camicas et al. (1998) do not recognize the nymph of Ixodes ghilarovi as having been described and give the year 1989 for the description of this species. However, Filippova and Panova (1988b) named this species based on their description of the nymph in 1988.
