Common name: Herbert ’ s Long-tailed Giant Rat
Myanmar name:
Distribution: Bangladesh, China, India, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Southeastern Myanmar.
Remarks: This species was sometimes considered as L. neilli ( Balakirev et al. 2013) ; therefore, further taxonomic identification is needed in Myanmar.
