Distrubution in India: Kerala (Chenkulam, Quilon, now Kollam, in a fast running stream, Feb., Nov.).

Notes: Shaji & Panikkar (1996) provided a Latin diagnosis but failed to specify a holotype specimen. Since the authors did not indicate where original material had been deposited, we presume that it may not be traceable.
