Ecological category. Epigeic.
Habitat. Limicolous, in moist, damp habitats, river, stream or pond banks.
Zoogeographical distribution type. Peregrine.
Distribution in Croatia. One of the most common earthworm species in Croatia, spread all over the territory in all three regions.
