Description.

Paton et al. (2009: 387), Paton et al. (2013: 315), as Pycnostachys dewildemaniana Robyns & Lebrun.

Distribution.

Tanzania to S Tropical Africa.

Habitat and ecology.

Shrub savannah, road verges, rocky steppe, miombo woodland, disturbed soil; 1100–1900 m elev.
