Records. Piscataquis Co., T6 R10 WELS, Baxter State Park, 46.1904°, — 69.0641°, 11.vi–17.ix.2014 (n = 96); 10.vi–21.vii.2015 (n = 23); 31.v–22. viii.2016 (n = 102).
Distribution in the US and Canada. ME, NB, NY, ON, PA, QC, VT, WI, WV ( Downie and Arnett 1996; Hopkins 1893; Webster 2016).
Remarks. In total there were 221 T. trifasciatus individuals collected during the study. Of these, 208 (95%) were captured in modified multiple-funnel traps baited with ethanol, alpha-pinene, ipsenol, and ipsdienol, 11 (5%) were captured in standard multiple-funnel traps baited with spruce beetle lure and fuscumol acetate, and 2 (1%) in aerial Malaise traps baited with ethanol, ipsenol, and 3-hydroxy-2- hexanone.

Distribution in the US and Canada. IL, IN, MA, MB, MD, ME, MI, MN, NB, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, QC, RI, WI ( Chandler 2001; Cline and Skelley 2013; Downie and Arnett 1996).
Remarks. While reviewing UNHC holdings, we encountered an unpublished specimen record of this species from Maine which predates the record listed above: Penobscot County, Bradley, Penobscot Experimental Forest, 20.ix.2002, S. Woods, coll., soil emergence trap.
