Vernacular Names: Cameroonian Forest Shrew.
Distribution: Montane forests of W Cameroon (Mt. Oku, Lake Manengouba) and SE Nigeria (Gotel Mtns).
Discussion: Formerly included in granti , but given species rank by Hutterer et al. (1992 a).
