HOLOTYPE (J): ‘Brasilia / Esp. Santo [p] // Agamopus / convexus n.sp. / J Balth. 63 [hw] / Holotypus [p, orange label]’.
Current status. Valid species.
Remark. Current generic placement is erroneous. The species belongs to an undescribed genus (VAZ- DE- MELLO 2007).
