Holotype: S 2 (pl) elements ZPAL CXVI/877 ( Fig. 11H View Fig ).

Type horizon and locality: Early Frasnian sample Wł−R/A1from Włochy near Nowa Słupia, Holy Cross Mountains.

Derivation of the name: From Nowa Słupia, a nearby historical village.

Diagnosis.—Strongly twisted S 2 (pl) elements with elongated processes.

Distribution.—Early Frasnian of Włochy in the Holy Cross Mountains, Poland (see Table 1 and Fig. 4 View Fig ).
