Holotype: S 3 (ke) element ZPAL CXVI/613 ( Fig. 13G).

Type horizon and locality: Płucki near Łagów, sample Pł−22, late Frasnian.

Derivation of the name: From Łagów, a town near the type locality.

Diagnosis.—Albid denticles, P 1 (sp) element weakly bent, S 3 (ke) element with linearly arranged long processes.

Distribution.—Lower cephalopod limestone at Płucki in the Holy Cross Mountains, Poland (see Table 4 and Fig. 4 View Fig ).
