Holotype and type locality: Adult male ( LSUHC 13857 View Materials ) from ” 13.5 km east of Jeli, Kelantan, Peninsular Malaysia (5° 44’ 31” N; 101° 57’ 39” E; about 440 m ASL).” GoogleMaps

Taxonomy: Previously considered L. bampfyldei .

Distribution: Known only from Peninsular Malaysia at the type locality 13.5 km east of Jeli, Kelantan and from Bukit Larut, Perak.
