Material.—Upper Eocene, south-central Ukraine.

Remarks. —Several spicules of different morphology may be assigned to the family Myxillidae , or even to the genus Myxilla . These are the acanthostyles ( Fig. 6I, K View Fig ), and anisochelae ( Fig. 6U, V View Fig ). However, this attribution is not unambiguous and their referral to mycalids is also possible. Still, the slender fusiform tylotes ( Fig. 6Y, Z View Fig ), that were here ascribed to Histodermella , might be also of myxillid affinity.
