Diagnosis. Head and mesosoma entirely pale, propodeum well sculptured, hind tibia pale except for apical pegs.

Description. Body length 6.8. Fore wing length 5.8. Ovipositor length 4.3. Body color yellow except melanic on posterior half of scape; apex of hind tibia only slightly darker, and this is the product of melanic pegs. 50 flagellomeres. Fore wing moderately and evenly infuscate. Propodeum areolate rugose with poorly defined cells. Cub of hind wing moderately pigmented.

Etymology. Named in honor of Dr Wesley (Gene) Hall, manager of the insect collection at the University of Arizona, in recognition of his kind assistance while I (MJS) was visiting his collection.

Specimens examined. Holotype ♀, Mexico, Sonora, Rancho El Cajón, 40 kms E. Alamos, Malaise on sand bench on Rio Cuchujaqui, Toxodium riparian tropical deciduous forest, 1–11.x.2006, ME Irwin, 420m., 27°03.00’N, 108°43.91’W, H0113 (HIC).
