Comments
This species resembles C. neserorum (Annecke & Mynhardt) in having the antenna with scape extremely broad, but can be distinguished from it by the following characters: F2 and C3 white, F3 mostly white except dark brown apico-ventrally, pedicel longer than F1; mid lobe of mesoscutum mostly brown-yellow; mesoscutellum and the tergites of gaster with different dark brown markings.
