Patellapis (Chaetalictus) pastiniformis (Cockerell 1939) View in CoL

Halictus pastiniformis Cockerell, 1939e: 510–511 .

( Figs. 77a–d View FIGURE 77 )

Diagnosis. The female of P. pastiniformis is similar to those of P. pondoensis , P. pastinella and P. disposita . They can be distinguished from P. pondoensis by having a shorter body length and from P. pastinella by having a finely serrate inner hind tibial spur. The female of P. disposita is characterised by the oily bluish shine on the scutum, that is missing in P. pastiniformis . P. pearstonensis , P. chubbi and P. cinctifera differ from P. pastiniformis in having reddish metasomal terga.
