Diagnosis. The male is unknown. The female is characterised by the coarsely serrate inner hind tibial spur and the basal area of propodeum, which is nearly completely reticulate (slightly wrinkled).
Description
Female. Bl = 5,0– 5,1mm. Head. L = 1,4–1,5mm; W = 1,5mm. Head as wide as long ( Fig. 88a View FIGURE 88 ). Integument black except mandibles, malar area and clypeus usually partly reddish-brown. Face predominantely shiny and with loose, greyish to pallid brownish, erect hairs. Mandibles bidentate. Clypeus and supraclypeal area convex in profile. Clypeus strongly and densely punctate; surface shiny. Clypeoantennal distance 0,3mm. Supraclypeal area sparsely punctate; surface shiny; finely and completely reticulate. Paraocular area moderately densely punctate; surface shiny and extensively sculptured. Antennae mostly reddish-brown. Mesosoma. L = 1,0mm; W (ITS) = 1,1–1,2mm. Integument black. Scutum shiny; surface strongly and completely reticulate; disc sparsely punctate (i = 3,0d) ( Fig. 88b View FIGURE 88 ). Scutellum as illustrated in Fig. 88c View FIGURE 88 . Scutum, scutellum, metanotum, mesepisternum and propodeum with greyish and brownish, erect hairs. Basal area of propodeum as illustrated in Fig. 88c View FIGURE 88 ; propodeum and marginal region of posterior truncation shiny; completely reticulate. Wings. Hyaline. Legs. Integument brownish. Vestiture greyish to pallid brownish. Ts coarsely serrate; with 3–4 long, broad, oblique projections. Metasoma. L = 2,6–2,9mm; W = 1,5–1,6mm. Integument brownish except the margins of T usually pallid brownish to pale; margins broadly translucent. Weak and whitish apical hair bands present on T2–T4; those on T2–T3 usually only present laterally. Prepygidial fimbria pallid brownish.
