Type material. Holotype female at AMU, paratypes: females at AMU, BMNH. Hosts and distribution. Strix aluco (type host) ( Strigiformes : Strigidae ), type-locality: ENGLAND, South Yorkshire, Worsbrough ( Nattress & Skoracki 2009); Asio otus (Strigidae) , POLAND, ( AMU) ( Skoracki et al. 2012a).

Habitat. Greater covert feathers.

Type material. Holotype female at USNM, paratypes: females, males, nymphs, larvae at HMCZ, FMNH. Hosts and distribution. Bubo virginianus (type host) ( Strigiformes : Strigidae ), type-locality: USA, New York, Oswego Co. ( Philips & Norton 1978); Tyto alba (Tytonidae) , CAMEROON, Waza, ( MRAC, AMU) ( Skoracki & Dabert 2002); Bubo africanus (Strigidae) , SOUTH AFRICA, ( MRAC) ( Skoracki & Dabert 2002).

Habitat. Tertiary, under-wing greater primary coverts, scapulars, secondary covert feathers.

Type material. Holotype female at AMU (SYR. 6.1), paratypes: females at AMU, ZISP. Hosts and distribution. Asio otus (type host) ( Strigiformes : Strigidae ), type-locality: POLAND, Darlowko Wschodnie ( Skoracki & Bochkov 2002).

Habitat. Tail feathers.
