Diagnosis. See Pádua et al. (2020).

Distribution. Peru. This is the first record of the species and genus for Argentina ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ).

Biological notes. Host unknown.

Material examined. ARGENTINA: Tucumán, Dpto. [= Department] Tafi, ca. Horco Molle, Quebrada del Funicular , 04–05.VIII.1977 (C. Porter leg.), 4♀♀, FSCA ; idem, but 25.III–30IV.1966, 5♀♀, FSCA ; idem, but 09–11.IV.1970, 1♀, FSCA .
