Type locality: China, Yunnan Province, Dali County .

Material examined: 4♂♂, 5♀♀, China, Yunnan province, Dali County, Zhonghe village , 2300 m, 1996-IX-22, leg. Du Yu-Zhou ( ICYZU) .

Distribution: China (Yunnan).

Adult habitus: Male forewing length 6.5–8.0 mm, hind wing length 5.5–6.8 mm. Epiproct dorsal sclerite bear a deep V-shaped notch on anterior margin with two, slightly sclerotized finger-shaped, inwardly curved projections; epiproct ventral sclerite armed with several rows of dark spines along lateral margins near apex of sclerite. The characteristics of paraproct were described in Du et al. (2007). Female forewing length 8.5–8.9 mm, hind wing length 6.8–7.5 mm, habit similar to male. Subgenital plate wide, apical margin of plate concave mesally and bearing a short posterolateral projection ( Fig. 12 View FIGURE 12 ).
