WL: 11mm. Z. hylax occurs throughout most of Africa, the Oriental Region and in Australasia, including several Pacific Islands . Although it has only been reported from Guinea-Bissau now, its presence was expected (Larsen 2005). The caterpillars are polyphagous, known to feed on Acanthaceae , Oxalidaceae , Verbenaceae and Zygophyllaceae .
