R e m a r k s: First record for Sicily! Widespread in the western sector of Palaearctic region. In Italy it was recorded from peninsular Italy, as south as Basilicata, and Sardinia. The specimen examined was collected on flowers of Cachrys sicula L. ( Apiaceae ).
