Etymology. The species name refers to the region of origin; adjective.
Diagnosis. The new species seems to be most similar to N. longior Song & Li, 2008 , known from Sichuan and Yunnan provinces, China (Song & Li 2008), but clearly differs by the absence of the conical outgrowth on the distal part of cymbium, by the smaller palpal tibial denticles, as well as by the shorter, not spiral copulatory ducts in the epigynum.
Description. Male holotype. Total length 2.00. Carapace modified, head slightly elevated as in Fig. 51 View FIGURES 51 – 58 , 0.90 long, 0.80 wide, reddish-orange. Eyes normal, cephalic pits very small, very close to posterior median eyes. Chelicerae 0.30 long. Legs blackish-orange. Leg I, 3.53 long (1.00+0.23+0.85+0.85+0.60), IV, 3.30 long (0.98+0.23+0.83+0.78+0.48). Chaetotaxy 1.1.1.1, length of spines 1/4 diameter of segment. Metatarsi I–III with a trichobothrium each. TmI, 0.24. Palp ( Figs 52–56 View FIGURES 51 – 58 ): Tibia short, widened distally, with two retrolateral denticles. Cymbium with a shallow hollow dorsally. Paracymbium with a wide proximal part and narrow, long, slightly curved distal part, toothless. Distal suprategular apophysis flat, directed backwards, rounded apically, its part bent, forming a gutter. Median membrane wide, long, transparent. Embolus long, narrow, forming a loop. Radical part of embolic division relatively small, tailpiece straight, with almost parallel sides. Opisthosoma 1.13 long, 0.83 wide, grey to pale grey.
Female (paratype from Muang Bachieng). Total length 2.13. Carapace unmodified, 0.83 long, 0.75 wide. Eyes normal. Chelicerae 0.35 long. Leg I, 3.19 long (0.95+0.23+0.75+0.78+0.48), IV, 3.11 long (1.00+0.20+0.75+0.73+0.43). Chaetotaxy 1.1.1.1, length of spines 1/3–1/2 diameter of segment. Metatarsi I–III with a trichobothrium each. TmI, 0.29. Opisthosoma 1.50 long, 1.25 wide. Epigynum as in Figs 57, 58 View FIGURES 51 – 58 . Body and leg colouration, as in male.
