Remarks. The type examination revealed conspecificity of A. morio , A. lacroixi and A. chapaensis . Agrilus morio and A. rousselatae are homomorphic species dorsally differing only by presence/absence of pubescent topmost part of elytral apices (see key to species). From ventral view, the male of A. rousselatae differs in having small cluster of setae on inner margin of metacoxal plates.

The record of A. morio under synonymic name A. lacroixi from Vietnam (Bac Giang province) published by Jendek & Nakládal 2019 is a misidentification of A. rousselatae Baudon, 1968 . Therefore Bac Giang is removed from the range of A. morio .
