Key to species of the genus Eremophygus Ohaus
1. Body dorsally bicolored, with pronotum and scutellar shield dark brown, elytra shiny reddish brown ( Fig. 4A, 4G View Figure 4 ). Mentum semicircular in both sexes ( Fig. 4L View Figure 4 ). Elytra with striae and punctures well defined; dorsal surface slightly rugose. — Body dorsally unicolored, with pronotum and scutellar shield dark brown, elytra pale yellow or opaque brown ( Fig. 5A, 5G View Figure 5 ).
