Material examined: West Rhodopes Mts.: 19.5.2017, south of Chepelare town, small meadow in Picea abies forest, in Formica cf. rufa nest, N41 41 46.0 E24 41 31.0, 1202 m a. s. l., 6 ♀, 1 nymph, coll. by sieving. The species was previously reported for Bulgaria by Giese (1964) without an exact locality as L. silvarum formicaria .
