One paratype is deposited in NMPC:

PARATYPE (♀): ‘MUSEUM PARIS / ILE MAURICE [p, greyish label] // ile / de France [?hw, round label] // Paratypus [p] / Neuroctenus / mauricii n. sp. ♀ [hw] / Det.L.Hoberlandt, 19[p]54 [hw, red label]’. (Specimen card-mounted; detached abdomen mounted on separate piece of card.)

Current status. Valid species (see USINGER & MATSUDA 1959, KORMILEV & FROESCHNER 1987, HEISS 2012).
