Diagnosis: Length 1.9 to 2.0 mm; width 1.5 mm. Dorsal color black, except clypeus, lateral margins of pronotum and apical margin of elytra yellow or orange; ventral color black, except legs, antennae, mouthparts and last three ventrites yellow to orange. Male first ventrite with small, triangular, asetose area, located centrally, extending to posterior margin; fifth ventrite emarginate, depressed; sixth ventrite emarginate, depressed, without punctures on center, with lateral angles conspicuous, apically blunt. Male genitalia with lateral alae and membranous projections on penis guide ( Figs. 48, 49 View Figs ); apex of penis guide acute, not elongate.

Material Examined: Five specimens ( FIC) .

New Localities: HIDALGO: (5♂) Huazalingo ( FIC) .

Distribution: North America ( Gordon 1976, 1985). In Mexico, this species has previously been collected in Tamaulipas ( Rodríguez-Vélez et al. 2016; Ruíz and Coronado 2002).
