Length: 3 3.0 mm.
Ground colour of body yellowish (fig. 103). Crown with light yellow or cream markings on each side of coronal suture (fig. 100). Eyes blackish-brown. Pronotum with irregular patches on anterior margin and behind eyes. Forewing and hind wing semitransparent, basal part of wings olivaceous. Abdomen yellow. Legs yellow to brownish (fig. 102).
Specimens examined. China: 2 3, Jianfengling, Hainan Prov., 17 May 1987, coll. Yalin Zhang; 1 3, Mt. Longxi, Fujian Prov., 4 August 2006, coll. Meixia Yang; 1 3, Anfu, Jiangxi Prov., 10 August 2002, coll. Zhonglin Yuan (NWAFU).
Distribution. China (Hainan, Fujian, Jiangxi), India (type locality), Sri Lanka.
