Material. 1 ♂, (pers. coll. of M. Paoletti, Verona), Italy, Veggiano, Padova, M.G. Paoletti leg.
Distribution. Croatia: Lapad (type locality!), Lopud, Ombla, Dubrovnik ( Mršić 1994); Montenegro: Krstac, near Herzeg Novi ( Makarov et al. 2004); Italy: North Italy ( Foddai et al. 1995); Veggiano, Padova (present study).
Remarks. T. ganglbaueri was described on the basis of a single female. Verhoeff (1899) confirmed the validity of the species by describing the male characters in 3 topotypic individuals. The species lives in the soil outside caves.
