Type locality and holotype specimen: Philippines, Panay, Antique Province, Municipality of Pandan, Barangay Duyong , in an area known locally as ‘ Mt. Lihidan’ (11.41465°N, 122.10465°E; WGS84; 180 m elev.) ( PNM 9239 ) .

Philippine distribution: Panay (Endemic).
